Welcome! This is where you can access all of our on demand and recorded 'live' online classes. If you look under the topics you'll see segments for hypopressives , pregnancy classes and postnatal pilates. Please go to the segment and type of classes that you are requiring.
If you are pregnant, you can continue your membership without having to leave and re-join to access our postnatal classes if you'd like - we'll pop up some early postnatal rehab classes soon as well so you can get going not long after delivery with some stretches and core work. We aim to add further sections on common womens health issues so you can access them as you need. Any suggestions kindly welcomed.
There is a community chat section as well so please do leave comments or message as needed.
