Intermediate Course Introduction

Supine arm and neck variations

In level 2 hypopressives we begin to hold the breath and move at the same time. We also add in a variety of arm movements. In this video I demonstrate some new arm variations which you can add to your home practice. I have also added a neck extension ( please don't do this if you have any significant arthritis in the neck ) , you want to think about there being like an orange behind your neck and lengthening an rolling the back of the neck over it into a slight extension. Keep the pelvis and the ribs in line throughout.
